A James Beard award-winning chef, Ken is the principal of Culinary Connection Caterers. He received his education from The Culinary Institute of America and has more than thirty-eight years of experience in restaurants and catering. he contributed his skills to concepts such as Landry’s, Red Robin, and California fusion cuisines.
Ken is a passionate volunteer for the Foundation Assisting Seniors, delivering durable medical equipment to those in need around the Las Vegas Valley, sharing his caring spirit with those he serves.
