After a thirty-year corporate career in marketing and sales, Patty became an independent marketing consultant working in many industries, with a focus in foodservice. Previous experience included Vice President, Sales, positions with Sara Lee Foodservice, Multifoods/ Pillsbury, and marketing, training and sales positions with General Mills. She was Sr. VP Marketing Development for UniPro Foodservice before starting her own business. Patty founded Optics Senior Ministry at New Song Church, Henderson, Nev., and serves on the University of Wisconsin Whitewater Foundation board as Director Emeritus and UWW’s College of Business and Economics Advisory Board. She’s a published author and musician, playing with the UNLV Community Band.
